PROCEDURES - GETTING THE JOB DONE
Completion of Treeworks: All treework specified by Tree Craft is completed by qualified and experienced arborists who are trained to carry our pruning and felling works in the confined locations that are often found in residential back gardens. Before starting any work on site the team leader will undertake a site risk assessment and briefing. This is an essential component of our Health and Safety Policy.
While we are working on your trees you will be asked to comment on the pruning work being undertaken by our arborists. This ensures that our work will be as close as possible to fulfilling your requirements. When we have finished on site we will also ask you again, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our work.
Invoice Sent: When all treework has been completed on site, an invoice will be posted to you. We do not expect you to pay until you have received this invoice.
Insurance: For your information Tree Craft Ltd is insured through an insurance broker called Bryant Kesek and Partners*, who can confirm that the company has a policy which is underwritten by The National Insurance and Guarantee Corporation plc (NIG). The policy comprises of the following Sections:-
- Employers Liability with a limit of indemnity; £10,000,000.oo
- Public/Products Liability, with a limit of indemnity; £5,000,000.oo
- Professional indemnity, with a limit of indemnity: £500.000.oo any one claim, unlimited in the period of insurance.
